The design of the patient welcome pack needed to reflect the ethos of the practice and the client was keen to ensure that the pack reassured patients of the modern, state-of-the-art facilities, the experience of the staff and had an overall feel of trust and professionalism.

The designs we have created are full of images of the beautiful practice interior, adding personalisation and showcasing their fantastic modern facilities. The use of practice imagery will help prospective patients get an insight into the practice before stepping through the door and will remind existing patients of it’s high quality care.

The practice organised a photoshoot for their patients to come and have professional photos taken for ‘after treatment’ shots and also to give video testimonials and feedback on the treatment they have received. We’ve used these patient photos thoughout the brochure design, which give prospective and existing patients peace of mind and trust in the quality of dental care that the practice offers as they can read about real patient experiences.

We worked closely with the client to write the brochure copy to ensure that it reflected the points that the client wanted to put across to patients. The tone is welcoming, friendly yet professional and includes areas about patient comfort, respected experience, one to one care and treatments available.

As with all our design and print work, we believe in quality from start to finish and this includes the print production. We added a stunning foiled band across the cover of the brochure and this extra finishing touch will give patients a feeling of luxury and quality not only in the brochure, but also in the practice.
