Shine Dental Care in Mansfield came to H&P with the challenge of redesigning their existing website. The site was in need of a refresh, new photos of the practice, treatments offered and also needed to be made easier for patients to navigate and find information.
Shine Dental Care have a clear patient promise and always want to deliver care with quality and excellence. The practice is marketed as reassuringly expensive. It is a beautiful, modern practice with exceptional attention to detail and offers dental care to match. This is something they were keen to reflect in their new website design.
We have built the new website from a customer focused design. The site is easy to navigate and find information with strong call to actions to contact the practice, along with online appointment forms for the practice’s key treatment areas – Orthodontics and dental implants.
The colours and style of the design are fresh and modern. The site is clean and vibrant with beautiful new imagery of the practice throughout the pages, personalising the site and demonstrating the quality of the practice facilities.
We have worked with the client to write the copy for the site. It is written in a friendly, understandable and professional tone. The copy is also keyword rich to help with SEO efforts outlined by the client.
One of the most important additions to the site is the ‘Patient Stories’ section. Here there are video testimonials from existing patients who have had a variety of treatments at the practice. Using existing patient videos adds trust, honesty and integrity to the website and practice and assures potential new patients of the quality of care. We think it’s a MUST for all practice websites.
