Award winning orthodontic practice, Heaton Mersey Orthodontic Centre in Stockport came to H&P Design with a brief of re-branding their identity and re-designing their website. The client wanted to have a brand identity that better reflected their attention to detail, modern practice, the complete patient journey and practice achievements.
The new logo design is based on existing brand colours to retain patient confidence when the rebranding process takes place. The logo consists of a confident and friendly typeface teamed with a device that is strong, free flowing and dynamic. Both are symbols of the treatment process and the patient lifestyle after visiting the practice. There is also a glimmer on the device to add depth and is a reflection of their attention to detail in service and treatment.
The website has been transformed from cluttered and dated pages to a spacious and contemporary design. Pages are bright with plenty of copy space and brought to life with stunning practice and quality stock photography adding colour and brand personality.
The website has been designed around the patient journey and what the patient would want to know about the services offered and the treatment process. From the first page, the visitor is immediately given options to choose from that may be suitable for them in order to navigate the site and find the information that is best suited to their needs. The navigation is also displayed in this manner with links including ‘Brace options’, ‘Occasions’ and ‘What’s next?’ rather than being brand or treatment lead.
There are quick link icons at the top of every page to the latest news and appointment booking facility along with the practice contact details. The website has a place to showcase their awards and charity work along with a latest news blog feature and data collection area.
The site is built in WordPress allowing the client to edit features as and when they require updating.
