Patient focused website design
The Dental Health Centre in Grantham came to H&P on the back of a recommendation from one of our existing clients. They had seen our web design examples and the great results they were getting and asked us to help them achieve the same.
They already had a website, but wanted to redesign it as it was tired looking and not patient friendly with large amounts of irrelevant copy and a complicated navigation system.
We worked with them closely to create a modern, up to date and content relevant website which offered a more customer focused experience, was personalised to show the practice and makes the user want to become a patient.
The home page of the site has gone from being text heavy with no real identity to being image rich and personalised to the practice with interior images and patient testimonials. It is instantly more attractive with a wow factor that makes the user want to click further into the site.
The new website navigation focuses on treatment options and getting in touch with the practice. It’s much more simple, clear and easy to find the information the user requires.
The site includes all the key treatment areas that the practice offers but has just the right amount of copy and patient information without being overpowering and irrelevant. The copy we have written is also keyword rich and relevant for successful SEO results.
In the key treatment areas such as implants and orthodontics, the site has been designed and built with the patient’s journey in mind. It offers a step-by-step guide from introduction of the treatment through to how to book an appointment. This patient focused and simple approach is proven to get results.
We have also added an online book an appointment facility, making getting in touch with the practice even easier for the patient.
