Beautifully designed and professionally presented referral packs
H&P worked with City Bridge Dental Care in Bristol to create a professional referral pack. The practice offers a referral service for dental implants and sedation and wanted a purpose designed printed package to give out to referring dentists.
We worked closely with the practice to design and write the copy for a referral pack including a folder, referral business card, treatment information leaflets for implants and sedation, a referral form to be completed by the referring dentist and a welcome letter for the referring dentist to give to their patient. The letter is from City Bridge in which it welcomes the patient, explains the treatment process and their working relationship with the patient’s dentist.
We also added a referral section to the website which includes downloadable versions of the referral form and patient welcome letter as well has including the referral process information and an online referral form.
The designs includes beautiful photographs of the practice and the surrounding area giving patients more of a feeling of what the practice is like and adds comfort and peace of mind. The pack also includes some patient quotes giving referring dentists and their patients’ reassurance of the quality of treatment and service at City Bridge Dental Care.
“Working together” is the simple strap line used throughout the design, but is perfect to describe the practice referral process. They were keen to stress that they are there to help the referring dentist and patient and that they will always return the patient after treatment.
An interesting design feature is the use of QR codes on the leaflets. The codes are created in complimentary colours to suit the design and point directly to the website referral pages. A great feature of these QR codes is that the destination url can be changed at any time keeping the same code, so the practice does not have to reprint the leaflets every time they want to change the destination of the code. QR codes give the user instant, mobile access to additional information and are a great way to save space on design for print.
