Crescent Lodge Dental Practice, based in Clapham, is known to be one of the largest dental practices in London.

Their previous website was also created by us – however, after several years, they asked us to give their existing website a visual refresh and to rebuild it on WordPress.

Although their previous site was mobile responsive and ranked high on Google, the plan was to give the website an updated look and feel that reflected their rebrand and to enhance the patient’s experience by reducing the download time on mobile.

Here are some of the top updates we made to the new site.

Company Rebrand

We carried out a complete refresh of their brand’s visual identity and carried this across the new website in obvious elements and more subtle details within the design. This suit the more modern approach to the overall look the client was aiming to achieve, providing a fresh on-trend look with still a professional feel.

Built In WordPress

Crescent Lodge’s previous site was built on an old CMS platform called Perch. The client still wanted the option to make their own changes to content including staff, prices and treatments but wanted additional features that WordPress would give them.

Now, the site is faster, easier to manage and update and links to third-party functionality. It also ranks even better on Google.

Third-Party Booking

We have integrated a third-party booking system, making it easier for patients to book an appointment online which has given the practice a higher conversion rate and saved time at the front desk.

Results Gallery

Although their previous site did have a before and after galley, we’ve made some changes by giving it a clearer layout. We also included a small drop bar on this page with some popular dental treatments. This is so that the patient can easily identify what results were achieved with which treatment.
