Improve your patient brand experience through social media
Cosmetic Digital (was H&P) first worked with City Bridge Dental Care in Bristol to create a beautiful website last year, since then we’ve continued to work with them to improve their Google search rankings with our SEO service with great results.
City Bridge were keen to improve their web presence, get more visits to their website and most importantly increase the number of brand touch points with their patients. We suggested they use a social media platform to reach out to more potential patients and possible recommendations from existing patients.
We set up a Facebook business page for the practice which they can use to traffic patients to their website, promote services and offers and provide patients with extra practice news and information.
We also designed a welcome page, which acts as a landing page, giving a brief description about the practice, hotlinks to key areas on the website and a call to action to click the ‘Like’ button at the top of the Facebook page. We can monitor the success of this page to see how much traffic has visited the website from this entrance point and what they clicked on once on the site.
The Facebook page will not only increase traffic to the website, it will also give City Bridge Dental Care more interaction with their existing patients, improving their brand journey and experience.
