Stylish website design that focuses around functionality

Adrian Mullish Dental Care came to H&P looking for a complete redesign of their existing website. Their main concerns were that the site was dated, cluttered and difficult to navigate. They wanted to transform it into a visually stimulating, fresh and modern site that had a clear layout of information and ease of navigation.

The practice and dental team pride themselves on confidently delivering high quality treatment in a relaxed, friendly and professional atmosphere. They are a modern practice who use the latest techniques and materials and wanted the website to reflect this. The design we have created is both simple and easy to navigate whilst being stylish and bright. The top navigation is clear and uncluttered and the main page sub navigation is split into ‘tabs’. These give a definite visual confirmation of where the user is within the site.

The site showcases beautiful photographs of the practice interior and also captures the patient consultation process. This personal addition to the site makes it unique in look but also allows patients to picture themselves in the practice and feel comfortable about the process. The practice is made approachable and trustworthy.

Ensuring that patients know that they will receive the best individual care and service was something that the practice wanted to prioritise. Patient video testimonials, photography demonstrating the patient journey and extensive case study examples are used throughout the site. These testimonials are from current patients and they instantly add trust and confirm the quality of care and results to future patients.

We have also included a data capture feature on the home page. Patients have the opportunity to download a ‘Top Tips’ guide from the practice and to do so they just enter their email address and click subscribe. This sends the patient the downloadable file and also collects and stores their email address within an online marketing account. The practice can then send out future marketing messages to their subscribed patients database.
