The brief was to create a ‘brochure site’ or central hub, which placed all the medical information a patient would ever need just a click away. This included repeat prescriptions, appointment booking and information on medical conditions.
In addition, we also incorporated a ‘wellbeing centre’, which detailed useful links and charities around a range of topics. Finally, we purpose-built a range of web forms to offer medical advice on submission, while gathering data to help improve patient care in the future.
